Project Management
and Onsite Monitoring

Project Management associated with the remediation and abatement activities includes defining the project scope of work for remediation and abatement activities as well as depicting the barrier locations, worker decontamination facilities and negative air exhaust locations.

Project Monitoring includes the onsite presence of one of our Environmental Consultant during the abatement activity to perform oversight and surveillance during decontamination and material abatement process, verify containment integrity, ensure safety protocols and governing body regulations are followed.

Project Management

Project Management associated with the remediation and abatement activities, particularly asbestos abatement, typically includes assigning one of our Environmental Consultants to the project who will define roles and responsibilities for activities associated with asbestos containing materials (ACM) and create a series of design documents identifying the extent and precise locations of material removal.  Additionally, our Environmental Consultant will define the project scope of work for abatement activities as well as depict barrier locations, worker decontamination facilities and negative air exhaust locations.

Projects can be tailored specific to the client and projects specific needs, taking into consideration safety, risk, operational requirements and budgetary constraints.

Project Monitoring responsibilities include the onsite presence of our Environmental Consultant during abatement activity to perform surveillance during the decontamination and abatement process, verify containment integrity, ensure safety protocols and governing body regulations are followed as well as ensuring appropriate worker PPE is utilized. Additionally, abatement progress is tracked and recorded and regular ambient air sampling (monitoring) is conducted during abatement activity.
